Vincent loves stickers....here's what he did while eating cereal this morning...

Growing, growing, growing...

Frank and I are both in agreement, Vincent has had a HUGE growth spurt. We have been waking up lately and both saying that he looks more grown.

Here is his 18 month update:

He is about 28lbs and 34 inches.

He is starting to combine more and more words when speaking..."I dunno", "are you" (Where are you), "help me"...

He is loving the potty. He cries if we put it away too soon and is always asking for it. He has done both once.

He LOVES to color.

He LOVES to sing and you can almost recognize what he is singing (or at least Momma can)....Current favs..."Rudolf", "Frosty", "Happy Birthday", "Itsy Bitsy Spider" (hands and all) and "ABC's".

He recognizes some colors (still working).

Recognizes A, B, and O.

He repeats everything, even crap and shoot (thanks Auntie Mary-love ya)

At 18 months we are constantly blown away everyday by the things he learns. We are so in love....

Shedd Aquarium and Chuck E. Cheese

I can not even describe to you the feeling I get inside when Vincent's eyes light up and he grins from ear to ear when he is overly excited about something. That happened twice today, once at the Shedd and again when we pulled up to Chuck E. Cheese (yes he knows the sign).

He loved both so much. At the aquarium he was all about daddy holding him up to see the ISHIES (no F).

Busy, busy, busy...

Hey there! Vincent and I had a busy day today! We went to visit Nonno and Nonna. No pictures today, but boy does he LOVE hanging out with everyone over there. He had Auntie Mary playing Guitar Hero most of the afternoon just so he can dance and "play" the extra guitar. He cracks me up how much he loves that game.

Tomorrow....Dada is home so we are heading to the Shedd Aquarium!!!! We already told Vincent all about it and he has been talking about it all day!!! He keeps saying ishie (fishie), ark (shark), turtle, nake (snake), crab, and monkey...Maybe sea monkeys...LOL!

We hope to have some pictures to share tomorrow, so stay tuned.

1 month already!

I can not believe that Nicolette is a month old already. Seeing my cousin become a mom and share a special bond with her child like Vincent and I share, is an amazing sight. There is no bond like it.

I feel like I just took these yesterday-she was 1 week old!

I have to tell you....seeing Vincent with her melts my heart. He is seriously a sweetheart. When she cries he says "Uh, oh baby" and runs to her to make sure she is ok. When she was in her swing he was standing next to it just starring at her. I think he loves her just as much as we do.

Beautiful Little Lia...

We had so much fun seeing each other on Saturday. Vincent loves her so much (and so do I), the amount of flirting and kissing that went on was too funny. Nicole and I were floored. They really do love each other. Thanks Nicole for letting me borrow her to practice on!!!

Vincent was so jealous that mommy was taking someone else's picture that he kept sitting infront of the backdrop, (normally it takes bribing)...he is so sweet.

Awwwwww, my big boy!!!

First, and most important....Vincent did both things in the potty tonight!!!!!!!!!!! YAY, my big boy. We were so excited, I even danced and sang around the living room, while he looked at me as if I was crazy! We are so proud of him. The rest of the night he walked around saying "poo poo poo poo poo"....LOL!

We had a busy morning this morning. Nicole came over with Lia, Ashley and James so I can practice my photography skills on Lia(19m)and James(3m)....All in all I think it went well. Lia loved the bubbles and sucker...you have to bribe them some how. Pictures to come...

Rockin his new guitar...

Yesterday, we went to my parents house. Vincent had a blast with his Aunt and Uncles. He was running all over the place and keeping them all busy. He really enjoys spending time with all of them, and I think they do too-lol).

While we were there, my parents gave him his Valentine's Day present....a guitar and a keyboard....which he loves. He had to play his guitar first thing this morning already....here is a sample of him getting down...(check back later for more pictures from yesterday)

Visiting Family...

Yesterday, mommy didn't take any pictures.....can you believe it!

We went to visit Grandma Celeste and Auntie Toni. They are both doing good. Grandma was up and about and looking great! Auntie Toni, not so much. She had a horrible fall and was in a ton of pain. Vincent loves going there and adores Oni (Auntie Toni) and Nana. He knows Oni will walk around with him and give him anything he wants....he had a banana, an apple and a popscicle in a matter of 30 minutes...lol!

Later that night we went to Grandma and Grandpa's for dinner and dessert. Vincent recieved a bag full of goodies....which included a Kitty kitty, a doggie and a bowling set. YAY!!! Who doesn't love new toys!!! Thanks Grandma and Grandpa!!!

All in all, Vincent had a fun, busy day!!!!

A popsicle, bed head and a slide...

What fun! We stayed in yesterday because they were calling for snow and it was too cold to go out. So instead we had a "summer indoors" day, I guess you can call it. Sorry for all the pictures, I ended up taking over 100 of them....so here is 99....lol!

We had a blast, just V and me.

The slide...Everytime he went down I had to cheer him on..."go, go, go" and then clap when he got off. He would keep telling me "mom, mom, go, go", to remind me when I didn't say it.
